EXERCISE CONTENT:
1. Ethical aspects of the work of a forensic psychologist.
2. Providing forensic psychological opinions in criminal proceedings, with particular emphasis on adjudicating insanity/limited sanity and applying a preventive measure (detention).
3. Providing forensic psychological opinions in civil proceedings, particularly in cases concerning legal capacity and the validity of wills.
4. Providing forensic psychological opinions in cases concerning legal incapacitation.
5. Providing psychological opinions regarding the assessment of the credibility of witness testimony, including that of minors.
6. Providing opinions in cases involving sexual offenses.
7. Mediation in court proceedings in criminal and civil cases.

SKILLS:
(PPMpK_U08) is able to conduct a diagnostic examination of an individual in relation to the scope of forensic and penitentiary psychology, integrate the results of the psychological examination and formulate a judgment for the needs of various recipients
SOCIAL COMPETENCES:
(PPMpK_K04) identifies with the values, goals and tasks implemented in psychological practice, has a developed research sensitivity, is characterized by reliability, prudence, maturity and commitment in designing, planning and implementing psychological activities in relation to the issues of forensic and penitentiary psychology
