K_U01 Is able to analyze and creatively synthesize scientific and creative work in order to identify and solve research problems as well as those related to innovative and creative activities; create new elements of this body of work, including: defining the purpose and subject of scientific research, formulating research hypotheses, creatively applying and developing research methods, techniques, and tools appropriate for the research being conducted, and drawing conclusions based on the results of scientific research
K_K05 Is prepared to think and act in an entrepreneurial and innovative manner.
Assessment criteria
The final grade for the course is based on the following components:
Active participation in class and discussions (preparation for class) – 30%
Preparation of short papers / analyses of legal texts (2–3 written assignments) – 30%
Completion of case studies (individually or in groups) – 30%
Presentation or final test – 10%
To pass the course, students must earn at least 60% of the total points and actively participate in class.
