III. Development of Dogmas and Their Criteria
– The evolution of dogma: criteria
– The evolution of dogma: models
– The evolution of dogma: examples
IV. Sources of Theological Knowledge
– “Places” (loci) of theological knowledge
– Sensus fidei
– Scripture and Tradition
– The Magisterium of the Church
V. Methods in Theology
– Typology of methods: regressive, dialectical, genetic-historical, existential
– Main methodological principles
– Unity of theology, sub-disciplines within theology

Learning outcomes
– Knowledge: The student understands fundamental theological concepts, as well as the conditions, criteria, and methods for practicing theology.
– Skills: The student is able to apply and explain key theological terms, analyze theological texts, and interpret them creatively.
– Competencies: The student is aware of the historical and cultural contexts of theology and appreciates the importance of openness to diverse theological perspectives.
