Konwersatorium filozoficzne w języku obcym FIL-FSY-SM>konwer
The goal of the “Konwersatorium” is to provide students with an opportunity to master comprehension, and discussion skills in English in philosophy as well as explore selected philosophical topics. Students will develop communication skills working on specific philosophical problems. These skills are essential for students to actively participate in international philosophical conferences, discussion forums and lectures.
The focus of this “Konwersatorium” will be the statement by John Wheeler “It from bit”. The claim became famous and has been a subject of ongoing discussion in philosophy, physics, computer science, and cosmology. The precise understanding of this claim is elusive. The “Konwersatorium” explores different explanations of it meaning with the seminal paper by John Wheeler.
